1. How far in advance should I place my order? We require at least one week’s notice for all orders to ensure we have enough time to create your custom floral treats. For larger orders or special events, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to guarantee availability.
2. Do you offer delivery? Yes, we offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of Charlotte, NC, for a flat rate of $20. For deliveries beyond that, a fee of $10 applies for every additional 10 miles, up to a maximum of 50 miles. Special requests for deliveries beyond this range will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Can I request a custom design? Absolutely! While we don’t replicate other cake artist’s designs, we are happy to work with you to create a custom design that reflects your vision, with our unique floral twist. Feel free to send us inspiration photos, and we’ll bring your ideas to life!
4. What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your order, your non-refundable deposit can be applied toward a future order if rescheduled within 90 days of your original date. After that time, the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes, we can work with certain dietary restrictions such as gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please let us know about any dietary needs when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Can I order something other than floral cupcakes? Yes! In addition to floral cupcakes, we also offer cakes and cookie cakes. You can explore our menu and select from a variety of options that suit your event.

7. How should I store my cupcakes after pick-up/delivery? For best results, store cupcakes in a cool, dry place. If you’re serving them the same day, they can remain at room temperature. For longer storage, keep them refrigerated and take them out about an hour before serving to bring them back to room temperature.
8. Do you require a deposit to secure an order? Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit when you place your order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pick-up or delivery.
9. Are your flowers edible? Yes! Our floral designs are created using buttercream and other edible decorations, making them safe and delicious to enjoy.
10. Can I schedule a tasting? At this time, we do not offer tastings for individual cupcake or cake orders. However, we’re happy to discuss your flavor preferences and provide recommendations to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
